About Us

At N&I Diabetes and Stroke Prevention Services, our story begins with a deep, personal commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals facing health challenges, particularly in at-risk and low-income communities. The inspiration for N&I came from the lived experiences of our founders, who witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of chronic diseases like diabetes and stroke in communities that had limited access to prevention and care. Our founders, Nan and Ibsa, seeing a close family member struggle with diabetes without proper support, realized that prevention was often overlooked and out of reach for many people—especially those facing financial or social barriers. It was this moment of personal loss that sparked a passion for bringing life-saving education and accessible healthcare to those who need it most.N&I was built with the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to take charge of their health. We focus on empowering individuals by providing personalized care, individualized health plans, and direct access to resources. We also know that making lasting change requires support, which is why we provide ongoing guidance and create meaningful connections between individuals and primary care providers, ensuring they are not only preventing disease but also receiving the care they deserve.
